Today the Road Vehicles (Construction & Use) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2022 came into effect.  It amends the Road Vehicles (Construction & Use) Regulations 1986 and expands the prohibition on use of mobile phones (and interactive communication devices) whilst driving.
