MP Requests Delay on ULEZ Expansion

Today Jon Cruddas MP wrote to Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, submitting his response on Transport for London’s (TfL) consultation on ‘Improving Air Quality & Londoners Health, Tackling Climate Change & Reducing Congestion‘.  Therein he raises concerns over the disproportionate effect of expanding ULEZ and requests its implementation, planned for 23rd August 2023, be delayed in light of the current economic situation.  His letter can be seen below:

The consultation will close on the 29th July 2022. We will, of course, provide updates on the outcome of the consultation and developments on the proposals.
