Rick is a highly respected academic with wide-ranging experience in all aspects of Contract & Commercial Law.  He has a particular focus on international sale of goods and services.  His opinions are widely sought and well-respected. Rick has co-authored the leading practitioner text 'Atiyahs' Sale of Goods' and a major report on UK Consumer Sales Law for the former Department of Business, Innovation & Skills.  He holds an LLB (Hons), LLM and PGCHE.
