Fees

Travis Morley is committed to transparency and, insofar as possible, will always endeavour to provide a fee estimate before commencement of a service.

Our initial engagement fees will be charged on a fixed fee basis which may, dependent on the legal matter and instructions, continue with quotations being given at staged intervals. However, beyond the initial engagement fees, it may be necessary for the legal matter to be charged on an hourly basis.  We will confirm the fee basis, and work to be performed, with clients on engagement and / or prior to commencement of a service.

We believe our fee rates are extremely competitive and regularly keep them under review to ensure our clients receive best value.
