TfL SERU Requirement

Today Transport for London (TfL) issued ‘Introduction of the Safety, Equality & Regulatory Understanding Assessment for Taxi Drivers‘ Notice 06/25.  It confirms the SERU requirement will apply to all licensed, and applicant, taxi drivers.  This will take effect from 1st October 2025.
