TfL Licensee Conduct

Today Transport for London (TfL) issued ‘Licensee Conduct‘ Notice 05/25.  It reminds licence-holders of the standards of conduct expected on social media platforms and when interacting the TfL either in writing, by telephone or in person.  This follows TfL’s receipt of complaints and warns of the risk of enforcement action for non-compliance.
