New TfL Driver & Vehicle Policies

Today Transport for London issued a new ‘Taxi & Private Hire Vehicle Policy‘ and accompanies a new ‘Taxi & PHV Driver Policy‘. These documents are intended to replace the ‘TPH Staff Manual‘.
