New Safeguarding & Road Safety Act

Today, the Taxis and Private Vehicles (Safeguarding and Road Safety) Bill received Royal Assent. Accordingly, it is now enacted as the Taxis & Private Hire Vehicles (Safeguarding & Road Safety) Act 2022.
