High Court on Emailing Notices

The High Court has handed down its judgement in Berow v Maidstone Borough Council [2026] EWHC 635 (Admin).  It considered an appeal by a driver which questioned whether a licensing authority can serve decision notices by email.  In dismissing the appeal, the court ruled such an approach is permissible.
