High Court Declaration Notice

Today Transport for London (TfL) issued ‘High Court Declaration Proceedings Relating To Supreme Court Judgement’ Notice 08/21 providing notification of Uber London Limited commencing “…proceedings in the High Court seeking a declaration as to whether the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998…requires an operator accepting a booking from a passenger to enter into a contract with that passenger to provide the journey…“.  It indicates parties wishing to join must apply by 24th May 2021.
