DfT Designates NR3 Database

The Department for Transport (DfT) has designated, in accordance with the Taxis & Private Vehicles (Safeguarding & Road Safety) Act 2022, the National Register for Revocations, Refusals & Suspensions (NR3) as the database to be used by licensing authorities.  This has been confirmed by the Secretary of State for Transport, Mark Harper MP, in his below letter:
