Court of Appeal Rules on Congestion Charge Exemption

Today the Court of Appeal handed down its judgement on an appeal by the Independent Workers’ Union of Great Britain (IWGB) against a High Court decision on the congestion charge in London (R (Independent Workers’ Union of Great Britain v The Mayor of London & Others [2020] EWCA 1046). The appeal was dismissed.
