LLG Guidance on Remote Meetings

Today the Lawyers in Local Government (LLG), and Association of Democratic Services Officers (ADSO), published ‘Guidance on Remote Meetings: What Next for Local Authorities?‘.  It has been produced in response to the High Court judgement in Hertfordshire County Council & Others v Secretary of State for Housing, Communities & Local Government & Others [2021] EWHC 1093 (Admin).
