MP Proposes Reforms on NDA

Today, in the House of Commons, Maria Miller MP tabled a Private Members Bill entitled the ‘Non-Disclosure Agreements (No. 2) Bill‘.  Whilst details on the content of the Bill have not been published yet, a Second Reading has been slated for the 18th March 2022.
