ET: Bandi v Bolt

Today the Employment Tribunal handed down its judgement in the case of Bandi & Others v Bolt Services UK Ltd & Others [2024] (2206953/2021 & Ors).  It considered a claim against Bolt for worker rights by its drivers. The tribunal, on reviewing the working arrangements, upheld the claim and confirmed the drivers worker status.
