Employment Rights Bill 2024

Today the Government published its new Employment Rights Bill. It seeks to modernise employment law through changes, amongst others, to dismissal protection, parental leave, flexible working and non-disclosure agreements.  Following, its 3rd reading in the House of Commons it will then progress to the House of Lords.  Given the broad scope of the proposed provisions, it will be interesting to see, and indeed keep abreast of, how this legislation progresses.
