Court of Appeal on Holiday Pay

Today the Court of Appeal handed-down its judgement in the case of The Harpur Trust v Brazel & Others [2019] EWCA Civ 1402 on the calculation rate of annual leave payments pursuant to the Working Time Regulations 1998.
