CMA Decision on Autocab Acquisition

Today the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA) published its decision on the “Uber Technologies, Inc. / GPC Software Limited (Autocab) Merger Inquiry”.  It concluded the anticipated acquisition is “…not likely to result in a substantial lessening of competition in any market in the UK…” and, consequently, “…cleared…” the merger.
