New Taxi & PH Legislation Plans…

Today the Government, within the Kings Speech 2026, announced plans to introduce a draft ‘Taxi & Private Hire Vehicle Bill‘.  It will, amongst others, aim to modernise legislation to better reflect the current way people travel:

Of course, as with all such proposals, it remains to be seen what the draft form will take and thereafter, if enacted, the final provisions.
