HL “National Standards” Amdt

Today the House of Lords (HL) published a ‘Running List of All Amendments on Report‘ for the English Devolution & Community Empowerment Bill.  It included, as proposed by Baroness Taylor, replacing “Minimum” with “National Standards”.  Additional provisions were also introduced covering, amongst others, enforcement.  The Bill now moves the Report Stage on 24th March 2026.
