TfL Licence Requirements

Today Transport for London (TfL) issued ‘Changes to Licensing Requirements from 1st July 2024‘ Notice 05/24. It introduces new obligations in relation to self-reporting, complaints signage, overseas criminal checks, private hire operator DBS checks, booking / dispatch staff registers, booking records, individuals associated with private hire operator licences and future TfL requirements / policies.  These are all effective from today, 1st July 2025.
