VAT Consultation Open

Today HM Treasury. alongside HMRC and the Department for Transport, launched its ‘VAT Treatment of Private Hire Vehicles‘ consultation.  It invites views on the potential tax implications of recent High Court judgements on transport legislation in the private hire sector.  The consultation closes on 8th August 2025.
