High Court: LTN Unlawful

Today the High Court handed down its judgement in West Dulwich Service Station Limited & Others v London Borough of Lambeth [2025] EWHC 1111 (Admin).  It concerned a challenge against an Experimental Traffic Order (ETO) made by the London Borough of Lambeth Council which gave effect to the West Dulwich Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN).  The court found the ETO was made unlawfully and allowed the appeal.
