DfT Info Sharing Guidance

The Department for Transport (DfT) has issued ‘Information Sharing between Police & Taxi & PHV Licensing Authorities Guidance‘.  It provides an overview of the licensing framework in the context of, amongst others, safeguarding measures, routes for sharing information and collaboration.  This should prove useful for improving partnerships between regulatory and enforcement organisations.
