Judicial Review on Streetspace

Today it was confirmed the High Court had given permission for a judicial review application on a challenge to the London Streetspace Scheme and Bishopsgate road restrictions (R (United Trade Action Group Limited & Others ) v Transport for London & Others [2020] (Ref. CO/2854/2020 & CO/2995/2020)).  *UPDATE: On 12th October 2020, it was reported, a hearing date has been set for 25-26th November 2020.
